My parcel arrived damaged — what should I do?
First, complete a damage report with the courier present, then call us on +48 733 193 638.
14 days to return
You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return a product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The returned product should show no signs of use beyond checking its nature, features and functioning. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Refunds are issued without delay, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used at checkout.
